ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY INTEREST GROUP

Picture1.png

UIC’s Orthopaedic Surgery Interest Group (OSIG) was created in 2016 in collaboration with The University of Illinois at Chicago Orthopaedics Department and The 2017/2018 Medical Student Body. The primary mission of OSIG is to provide resources, early clinical exposure, research opportunities and mentorship to students interested in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery. We also aim to expand the general community’s knowledge of the orthopaedic topics including means to prevent injury and have active lifestyles.

President: Hayden Baker (baker66@uic.edu)
